Explore Australia takes a small group down to Wilsons Promontory National Park, where you stop at scenic lookouts and choose a self-guided hike at Mt Oberon, Mt Bishop or Lilypilly. Squeaky Beach, known for sand that squeaks under your feet, is the place for a swim or a rest.

Look out for emus, kangaroos and wombats along the way. National park fees, round-trip transport from selected pick-up locations and a guide are included. Food and drinks are not, so bring money for snacks and lunch. This is a nature-based walking tour: wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle and sunscreen.

"French Island is wonderful and full of cute koalas. The Nobbies is a wonderful surprise, very nice to come there during the golden hour and get nice photos of the roaring sea and rocks. We also saw some nocturnal animals like the possum and bandicoot."

"We had seats in the Penguin Plus area for the sunset parade of penguins returning from the sea to feed their young in hillside burrows. It was certainly a grand parade to observe and it totally made our trip to Australia!"
