How it works

   Find it cheaper

   Spot the exact same tour for less on another Australian travel booking site. Same operator, same trip, same departure date, same inclusions.

2. 2

   Send us the link

   Before you book, or within 48 hours of booking with us. A link or a screenshot showing the total price is all we need.

3. 3

   We do our best to beat it

   We check it and come back to you within 24 hours. If we can beat it, we drop your price below theirs, or refund enough to take you below it if you've already paid. If we can't beat it we'll try to match it, and if we can't do either, we'll tell you why.

The fine print, in plain English

• It's a promise to try, not a guarantee. On some tours another seller goes below what the operator charges us, so we can't beat or match every price. When that happens we'll say so straight, no runaround.
• It has to be the identical product: same operator, tour and option, departure date, room or cabin type, and inclusions.
• The other price must be public, in Australian dollars, include every fee and charge, and be bookable for your date right now.
• It doesn't cover member-only or log-in prices, promo or voucher codes, bundled packages, group or standby rates, or the operator's own website.
• It doesn't cover Fiji trips: those are custom-quoted packages.
• One claim per booking, on the tour price. It doesn't stack with other Wanderlust discounts.
• Obvious pricing errors don't count.
• Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
