The rules, nice and clear
Earns you a reward
- Your friends' bookings, made through your link or with your code
- A one-off $50 bonus when your 3rd friend books

- Emailed as a code as soon as the trip starts
- Lasts 12 months
- One code per booking, on a trip worth more than the credit
- Only works with your email: it can't be passed on or swapped for cash
💸 Cash
- Paid in AUD within 7 days of the trip finishing
- Australian bank accounts only: PayID or BSB + account
- No overseas transfers. No Australian account? Take credit
- Cancelled or refunded trips don't pay out
Full terms
- Who can join
- Every guest who has booked and paid gets their own link automatically: it's in your booking emails and on your rewards page. Lost it? Get it again on this page with the lead traveller's full name, WhatsApp number and trip start date, as booked. One link per person.
- What you earn
- $10 on a booking of $500 or more, $20 on $1,000 or more, $50 on $2,000 or more and $100 on $5,000 or more, worked out on what the booking pays after any discount. Bookings under $500 earn nothing. No cap on how many bookings. Plus a one-off $50 bonus when your 3rd friend books (your own bookings don't count towards it).
- What your friend pays
- Our normal price. Your link doesn't change what they pay, and a referral never adds a fee.
- Which bookings count
- Only bookings made after you join, through your link (it remembers for 60 days on that device) or with your code typed at checkout. That's your friends' bookings and your own next trips.
- What doesn't count
- The booking you joined with, whether you booked alone or for a group. Any booking made before you joined. Bookings another travel partner's link brought in. Our loss-leader deals (Byron Bay Surf & Stay (3D/2N), Apollo Whitsundays Sailing, 3 Days 2 Nights, PowerPlay Whitsundays Sailing, 2 Days 2 Nights): they're priced at cost to us, so they don't earn.
- Forgot the link?
- If a friend booked without your link or code, tell us on this page with their full name, WhatsApp number and trip start date. We check every claim by hand before it counts. Each booking can only be credited to one person.
- When you get it
- Travel credit: once that trip has started. Cash: once that trip has finished. Either way the booking must be paid in full and not cancelled or refunded. We email you when someone books, and again when your reward is ready.
- Credit or cash: your choice
- Rewards come as travel credit unless you switch to cash on your rewards page (you can change it any time before a reward goes out). Cash is paid in AUD to an Australian bank account only, by PayID or BSB and account number, within 7 days of the trip finishing. We don't send money overseas. No Australian account? Take credit.
- Using credit
- Type the code at checkout, booked with the email it was sent to. One code per booking, on a booking worth more than the credit. It lasts 12 months from the day we send it. It can't be swapped for cash or passed to someone else, and it isn't returned if the booking you use it on is later refunded. If the booking that earned it is refunded, any of that credit you haven't spent is cancelled.
- Fair play
- Share with people you know. No spam, no paid ads on our name, no coupon sites, no fake or duplicate accounts. We can switch off a link or cancel rewards that break these rules.
- Changes
- We can change or end the programme at any time. Anything you've already earned is still paid or credited. A referral never adds a fee to your friend's price.
