Overview
Sydney hides a genuine diving secret in plain sight: the temperate reefs off its Northern Beaches, where giant cuttlefish grow to a metre and a half, seahorses cling to the kelp, and wobbegong sharks lie about like rugs. This double shore dive goes straight into the best of it.
The morning session (roughly 8am to noon) delivers two guided dives to depths up to 16 metres across sites chosen for the day's conditions, the Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Sanctuary at Shelly Beach, Freshwater, or Fairlight, each with its own cast: blue gropers the size of coffee tables, cuttlefish that change colour mid-conversation, and the occasional eagle ray sweeping past.
It's for Open Water certified divers and up, and the package removes every friction point: all gear hire included, gear transported to the site for you, and, the luxury every diver appreciates, someone else cleans it afterwards. Four hours, two dives, home by lunch.

What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 3 days before the start date for a refund less a $25 admin fee. On or within 3 days, or if you don't show up, no refund is given. You can move your dives to a new date once for free with more than 3 days notice; later changes cost $50 per person. If the operator changes the dive site for unsafe conditions and you choose not to dive, no refund is offered. Wanderlust handles the refund for you, refunds mirror the operator's terms 1:1 (including if the operator cancels) and we chase it on your behalf.
