Overview

Local Sauce Tours starts at Customs House and walks about four kilometres at a leisurely pace in a group of no more than 12. The guide covers the arrival of the British and its impact on the Cadigal people of the Eora nation, plus the convicts, governors, entrepreneurs and migrants who built the city.

You pass the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Hyde Park Barracks, St Mary's Cathedral, the Queen Victoria Building, the Royal Botanic Gardens, the GPO and the Tank Stream. The walk finishes at a brewery with views of both the Bridge and the Opera House, where your guide gives you a custom map and local recommendations.

A classic Aussie snack, a craft beer (or soft drink or juice), a map link and a group photo are included. Wear comfortable shoes. Suitable for ages 12 and up.
