  • What's the cancellation policy?
    An unused travel pass can be cancelled before it expires and before travel starts, with a 10% fee on the purchase price unless Australian Consumer Law applies. No refund is given once travel has started. Travel can be moved to another date or time online up to one hour before departure, and fees may apply through customer service agents. If the operator cancels a service, the affected sector is removed without changing the pass expiry.
