South & Sound covers the best of the South Island and adds Milford Sound, billed as New Zealand's 8th wonder of the world. It brings together the classic Southern Round Up and the Milford Explorer in one pass you can start from anywhere.
The sectors run Christchurch to Kaikoura, Kaikoura to Abel Tasman, then Westport, Lake Mahinapua (a seasonal stop) and Franz Josef, with a free day at the glacier. Then it's Queenstown, with a free day and the Milford Sound day trip, followed by Lake Tekapo and back to Christchurch.
