Overview

Four days that link Tasmania's east and west coasts, in a small group of up to 13 with a guide. The route runs Hobart to the wild west coast, across to central Tasmania via Cradle Mountain, then to Bicheno on the east coast and back to Hobart.

Along the way you visit Cradle Mountain National Park, a World Heritage site, marvel at Russell Falls, and reach the Bay of Fires, where orange lichen-covered rocks meet turquoise water. You also take in the views at Wineglass Bay and explore Freycinet National Park's white sand and granite peaks. There are walking options to suit all fitness levels, from a stroll to a longer hike, and nights are spent in accommodation chosen for its wilderness setting.

The base price is multi-share accommodation, and a private room costs extra. National park fees, the Cradle Mountain shuttle bus, a wildlife sanctuary entry, one dinner and one breakfast are included.
