Overview

Most island boats are back at Port Denarau in the early evening, and a lot of flights home leave the next day. This pack covers that gap. A coach meets the boat at Port Denarau and takes you to Club Fiji Resort, you sleep, and a shared transfer runs you to Nadi International Airport for your flight.

Club Fiji Resort is on Wailoaloa Beach in a quiet cove about 4km from Nadi town, within 20 minutes of the airport. A smaller, quieter property of bures and villas with private verandas, most with ocean views, plus a big outdoor pool, hammocks under the coconut palms and massages on the beach. It suits anyone who wants a pool and a beachfront bure, with a dorm for the budget end. Rooms on offer: A 10-bed air-con dorm, garden-view and ocean-view bures, a fan-cooled beachfront bure, garden-view and premium ocean-view rooms, family bures and one-bedroom apartments, all private rooms with their own bathroom.

'Moce' (mo-they) is Fijian for goodbye. Book this before you head out to the islands so the last day of the trip is already sorted. The pack is one night; extra nights on the mainland can be added on request.

    The courtesy coach meets the returning island boats; the main Yasawa boat is back at Port Denarau around 6pm. Go straight to your allocated coach once you've collected your luggage.

    For Welcome and Departure Packs, there is no fee 31 or more days out, 50% from 15 to 30 days, and full charge at 14 days or less. For packages and island stays, the deposit is non-refundable 81 or more days out, the higher of 10% or the deposit applies from 46 to 80 days, and 100% applies at 45 days or less. Date changes up to 80 days out have no amendment fee. The operator can cancel vessel departures or vary itineraries for adverse conditions. Wanderlust handles the refund for you, refunds mirror the operator's terms 1:1 (including if the operator cancels) and we chase it on your behalf.
