Overview

The four-day version of island Fiji, for when a week won't fit. Day one is South Sea Island in the Mamanucas: the semi-submarine, kayaks and snorkelling are free, and so are the drinks from 9.45am to 4pm. You sleep there, then ride the catamaran north into the Yasawas for two nights in manta country.

Two activities are included at your manta resort. From May to October that means swimming with manta rays as they feed in the channel; the rest of the year it's a guided reef snorkel. Your last morning is for a sunrise hike or a paddle before the afternoon ferry, back at Port Denarau by 6pm. A day pass to Malamala Beach Club is included too, to use before or after the trip.

  • What is the Malamala day pass?

A day at Malamala Beach Club, a beach club on its own small island in the Mamanucas, to use the day before or after your trip.
  • Is there a fuel surcharge?

Yes. The ferry operator sets it monthly, currently FJ$20 per person, paid locally before you board.
