Whitsunday Blue is the slow option: a small-group sail built around taking extra time at each stop rather than racing between them. Private cabins come with ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning, and the galley cooks fresh meals from locally sourced ingredients. Adults only, 18 and up.
Whitehaven Beach and the Hill Inlet lookout are on the list, with snorkelling gear and wetsuits supplied and stand-up paddleboards on board for the calm anchorages. After dark the underwater blue lights go on and draw marine life in around the hull, which is a better show than anything on your phone.
Linen, bath towels and beach towels, meals with morning and afternoon tea, wetsuits and stinger suits, snorkel gear and the paddleboards are all included. BYO alcohol; bottled water and soft drinks are extra.

The operator's track record
Review excerpts below are from Tripadvisor.
"They took us to bays which were amazing full of sea life and even had sharks by our boat at night. … took us to Whitehaven beach early, which was the best decision. By 10am it was absolutely packed and would’ve ruined the experience."

Tripadvisor review
"The crew was great and took us to the best spots navigating the challenging weather. … We saw heaps of wildlife including sea turtles, manta rays and George the famous Humphead of Manta Ray Bay."

Tripadvisor review
"Great two days spent on the water! … We got to see whales, sharks, sting rays, and tons of fish. All the food was good and there was plenty of it."
