What the table shows: on 26–27 October 2026 the gap on the 15 boats where we were lower ran from a few dollars (Prima, Apollo, Waltzing Matilda) to more than A$50 (New Horizon, Atlantic Clipper, Summer Jo). Who it suits: social backpackers who want two nights at sea and a hands-on boat, at the lowest two-night price in the fleet.
Best party-boat deal: Atlantic Clipper

Best maxi deal: Hammer
Hammer Maxi Sailing, 2 Days, 2 Nights, from $689. An ex-racing maxi with 10 to 23 guests, up to three snorkel spots, Whitehaven and Hill Inlet, and nights sleeping on deck. Marine park fees are included.
Who it suits: anyone who wants to actually sail fast, not just motor between beaches. The three-day maxis, Apollo and British Defender, add a full day on the water.
Only a day? The Tongarra day sail
Whitsundays Day Sail, Langford Sandbar & Snorkel, from $199, against A$219 on the other sites we checked on 26–27 October. How to get the best sailing deal
- Compare the same boat, not just the same route. Every boat in the table is a different trip. Match the boat name and the nights (2D/1N, 2D/2N or 3D/2N) before comparing prices.
